Why is my swallow music box spinning?

If your music box does not stay in place once installed on the wall, it is not properly secured. Make sure that it is a screw in the wall and not a nail. The screw must be screwed almost entirely into the wall. Once you have made sure of these two points, you can slide the wooden support of the music box onto the wall. When you reach the screw, simply slide it into the notch. The wooden support is attached to the wall and this is how your music box does not turn on itself when it is properly installed.

Make sure your product is correctly installed on the wall for the safety of your child but also for the proper functioning of the music box.
