How do I make a return?

Returns are absolutely possible. If you change your mind, return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Our personalized items are engraved in our workshop as truly unique pieces. They are neither exchangeable nor refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We pack and protect all products as best we can, but nothing is foolproof during transit. In this case, contact us at contact@aprileleven.fr
