Payment is due immediately upon order. It can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure method available on the website. Payment validation leads to order acceptance.

Article 6 - Delivery

April Eleven delivers in France and internationally. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

• France: 3 to 5 working days.
• Europe: 5 to 7 working days.
• International: 7 to 15 working days.

April Eleven cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
