ORDERS
Order confirmation:
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation by email with a summary of your order.
Check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.
If you have any doubts, send us an email: contact@aprileleven.fr


Cancel or modify an order:
You can cancel your order up to 15 minutes after placing it (except for
personalized items).
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aprileleven.fr, if we are able to modify your order we will do so with pleasure.

Unfortunately, if this has already been processed we will not be able to do anything.
The refund will be made by our team within 48 hours.


Incomplete, incorrect, defective order:
Your orders are prepared by me directly and I sometimes make mistakes, I apologize for that.
If this is your case, send us a message as soon as possible to contact@aprileleven.fr accompanied by the reference of your order and a photo of the product received in error, missing or damaged so that we can find a solution.

Choose a shipping address different from the billing address
If you are giving a gift to loved ones and would like the package to be sent directly to them, this is possible.
You can choose a delivery address different from the billing address. In this case we advise you to leave a little note to your friends so that they know that the gift is from you.


Bill :
For ecological reasons, we will never send your paper invoice with the order. But you will
have access from your account. You can always download it in your customer area.


DELIVERY
Delivery times and methods:
Good news, we ship internationally!
All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends) Delivery
Standard via Colissimo (at home or at a relay point): 2 to 4 working days.
For deliveries abroad, allow between 5 and 12 days for delivery.
During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Sales, etc.), our delivery times may be longer than usual.

Delivery tracking

Our personalized products by April Eleven
Our personalized items are engraved in our workshop directly as truly unique pieces.
Personalized items are made and engraved exclusively for you, which is why they are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Delivery times are not impacted because, like other products, it is us who
we make everything.
Our wooden products
The majority of our products are made of wood. Wood is a natural material whose use we do not control.

Swing safety:
Our indoor swings should be used by children between 6 months and 3 years old. They should

There is a missing spike in the children's brush:
If you receive the children's brush with the wooden pins and one is missing, the item is not
defective. This small hole in the rubber sole of the brush allows air to circulate. It
is necessary for it to return to its original shape.

My story

Charline

A little bit about me here, since I have been alone at the helm of April Eleven for almost 15 years! I wanted to create a brand of mixed, timeless and sustainable wooden objects.

Passion for wood

Charline inherited her love of wood from her parents: a cabinetmaker father and an antique dealer mother. This dual family influence gave her a passion for craftsmanship and respect for noble materials, which she now incorporates into each of her creations.

Inspiration

April Eleven is a brand of wooden decorative objects , indoor baby swing for the home and children's rooms. Charline, the creator, finds her inspiration in Scandinavian decoration and in the various flea markets that she browses during her free time in search of vintage objects.
