Are you sending a gift? You can enter a different shipping address when placing the order.

Invoice

To reduce waste, we do not send paper invoices with your order. ? You can download it from your customer account.

Delivery Times and Methods

Good news, we deliver worldwide!

Colissimo Delivery (home or pick-up point) 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery in 5 to 12 working days depending on the destination.

Busy periods: During peak times (Christmas, sales, etc.), delivery times may be slightly extended. Thank you for your patience!

Our personalized products

Our personalized items are engraved in our workshop as truly unique pieces. They cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they are made exclusively for you.

Our wooden products

As wood is a natural material, each piece is unique. Some wood grains will be more pronounced,
but this does not constitute a defect.

Safety of our swings?

Suitable for children from 6 months to 3 years old. ⚠️ To be installed 40 cm from the ground, under parental supervision.

CE standard for our baby nightlights

All our lamps comply with CE standards, with markings on the cable, plug, and switch.

Why is there a missing bristle on the children's brush?

This small hole in the rubber sole allows air to circulate and the brush to regain its shape. This is not a defect.

Can I return a personalized product?

Our personalized items are engraved in our workshop as unique pieces. They are neither exchangeable nor refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We pack and protect all products as best as possible, but we are not immune to anything during shipping. In this case, contact us at contact@aprileleven.fr

What are the refund or exchange periods?

Refunds are made upon receipt of the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
