We start our gourmet frenzy by this pretty address especially known for its delicious pastries...

It is in the Saint Michel district that Michel MaBelle has set down his suitcases, or rather his pretty furniture. This café-patisserie is a great place for a quick and tasty lunch. Varied and fresh dishes, but above all desserts to die for...

Through the glass roof, you can see pretty cakes, between pavlova, carrot cake, fig tart… the choice is difficult as everything is so tempting. I who love hazelnuts found my nugget, and I am sure that there is a sweetness that will make your heart skip a beat.

This ethical and gourmet café has become a real reference in Bordeaux for lovers of plant-based sweets. Here, everything is 100% plant-based, but without ever sacrificing pleasure. There are unique creations such as vegan cheese, plant-based honey, or even a white chocolate bueno bar that will delight gourmets.

Also not to be missed, their peanut praline and their delicious spreads, perfect to accompany a refreshing sparkling drink. This place has become a must for all those looking for a gourmet and eco-responsible break in the heart of Bordeaux.

Café Mancuso, Bordeaux audiophile café

I'm talking to you now about MANCUSO, this audiophile café is quite atypical, I've never heard such a concept. It pays homage to David Mancuso, a pioneer of sound who marked the 70s in New York.

A new way to experience music, while enjoying delicious dishes. Here the plates are colorful, the food is fresh and delicious. A striking contrast between the cozy atmosphere of this masculine decor and this explosion of colors when the plates arrive.

At lunchtime, they serve seasonal open sandwiches, coley ceviche or even crispy pork confit in milk, as a €15 set menu with dessert...

Stay connected to their Facebook so you don't miss a musical evening at Mancuso.

Anémone: a floral concept store and brunch restaurant nestled in Saint-Mich'!

Anémone, the new floral restaurant and concept store, brings a touch of freshness to Rue Planterose. This hybrid space is distinguished by its healthy and gourmet cuisine , as well as a captivating floral decoration, to take home. Located a stone's throw from the Capucins market , Anémone was born in February 2022, in the vibrant district of Saint-Miche l.

In just one year, this unique place has found its place. At the same time healthy canteen, floral concept store and working coffee with a private meeting room, Anémone offers a multiple experience. With its 70 seats, including 10 on the terrace, this little spot is full of character and reflects the world of its founder, Anne-Sophie.

A trained landscaper, Anne-Sophie has created a place that reflects her, both in the plates and in the decoration. On the walls, you will find flower crowns, contemporary weavings, macramé, small objects and dried flowers, all available for sale. At the same time, she is developing her business as a landscaper for weddings, EVJF and other events, where she creates custom floral decorations.

signature chef etchebest bordeaux

Chef Etchebest opens his first street-food restaurant in Bordeaux.

Chef's ravioli for less than 20 euros

After the resounding success of his ephemeral pop-up on the Cours du 30 Juillet, chef Etchebest is moving up a gear with a physical restaurant, located on the Allées de Tourny, a few steps from the Quatrième Mur. His unique concept, focused on a single product: ravioli , has won over the people of Bordeaux. Since 1996, the chef has been perfecting this signature dish, and now, he offers it in all sorts of ways in his new restaurant.

With sweet and savory options, and its famous foie gras ravioli, the offer is designed to be accessible to all, with a complete formula at only €19.50. Customers can eat in or take away.

This new street-food address in Bordeaux is ideal for lovers of gourmet and accessible dishes. A place not to be missed to discover ravioli in all its forms, from starter to dessert.

the hundred 33 restaurant bordeaux

Le cent 33 - the gastronomic reference of Bordeaux

It took little time for chef Fabien Beaufour to obtain a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide and get closer to the star. Surrounded by his wife Emilie and an experienced team, this 37-year-old chef, starred in 2016 at Domaine des Etangs, seduces with his sophisticated French and international cuisine. Formerly of the Anne-Sophie Pic, Eleven Madison Park and Oblix restaurants in London, he now offers accessible haute cuisine with his 4-course lunch menu starting at €65, available during the week and at the weekend, near the Jardin Public.
