The "easiest" way is to create two distinct spaces through color.
The most important thing when you want to delimit by color is to keep a common color, like below, white.
We can see that the bed on the left is in shades of pink and the one on the right is in shades of mint. The result is great, and we can easily imagine two naughty girls in this pretty children's room.

CREATE A SEPARATION:
If the room is large, you can afford to create a false partition to separate the space and thus create a small personal corner for each child.
We create a false partition with a sliding panel, a curtain, a headboard, shelves, etc.
Here, what we want is to keep the common space. This separation will only partition the night space.
CREATE AN ILLUSION OF SPACE, ALIGN THE BEDS:
If your space allows it, the idea of aligning the beds may appeal to you. You can stick the beds together or choose to separate them with a piece of furniture like here.
